Unable to sleep during night

I am Dhevesh, i am engineering student. I am not able to sleep at night. My mind is thinking a lot, which are not been happen or to be occur. I have try out all the procedures for it, but still no improvement in my sleeping. Can u just help me out of this problem

I'm sorry you're having trouble sleeping. I know how frustrating that can be. personally , i also faced this issue. i came out of this issue by - involving in many extra curricular activities , which made me not think of those unwanted mind issues.
