1. Individual Counselling Sessions: Refunds for individual counselling sessions will be considered in the following cases:

a. Inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour from the counsellor during the session. Please report such incidents to our helpline immediately for investigation.

b. Technical difficulties that prevent you from having a satisfactory experience during the session. Contact our customer care team to report the issue.

c. Unsatisfactory quality of mental health advice provided during the session, even after discussing the issue with the counsellor.

Refund requests for individual counselling sessions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be made within a reasonable time frame following the session. Refunds for individual counselling sessions will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request.

Refund Denial: Menteba reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

1. Requests deemed fraudulent or malicious.

2. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

3. Refund requests made beyond a reasonable time frame.

4. Violation of Menteba's terms and conditions.
